There's No Snob in Food: Lets All Dig IN

Just like there is no I in Team, there should be no SNOB in FOOD. What I mean by all this is that there are a lot of food critics out there, but not enough food lovers in this crazy foodie world. One major food critic that comes to mind, needs to take a not so serious look at food.

To sit there and constantly dissect food is kind of like systematically taking away it's soul. I admit, there is bad food out there, but the criticism should never be taken to the level of "I'm too good to" go to a Bar b Que Joint or " I'm soooo superior because . . . " I can smell the rainbow in that 90 year old bottle of French Alps wine .

 In this case it is better to consume the food, than be consumed by food. I have one piece of advice for the over analyzing food critics, just get over yourself!

The Good, The Bad & The Yummy

Hola (As we say in the kitchen),

If you are reading this blog you are one or two people. Person # 1 are fellow classmates who must look at this blog to complete assignments. Person #1 are the wonderful people of the world wide web. Now, to what this blog is truly about : Food! In particular the different aspects of the food industry (at least to my knowledge anyway). Feel free to click on the hyper-linked text throughout the blog, it could lead you to another article or yummy pictures.
A little about me: I love food 'nough said.

Okay, now on to the next topic: Restaurants. Restaurants (and farms!) are the heart of the food industry. Without them I believe that the world would truly be a miserable place . . . than it already is (#justsayin). It is a common ground for people to meet or discover a new culture . Cuisines (we're getting fancy here!) are the basics of any introduction to new people, places or things.
